We are dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those we encounter while we serve with the local church on Spain's white coast (costa blanca)

We arrived safely with absolutely no issues! God is so good! The flights were wonderful, going through customs was quick and easy, Arno picked us up from the airport and drove us to Rick and Lisa's apartment where we were able to settle in and relax. We even made it to the grocery store and stocked up for a few days and using Google Translate we were able to know what we were buying!

We took the tram from El Campello to Alicante Sunday! We attended our first Sunday service at IBC (International Baptist Church) Alicante and were so happy to finally meet the pastors Matthias and his family and Arno's wife (we met Arno when he picked us up from the airport). We took the tram from El Campello to Alicante Sunday! We attended our first Sunday service at IBC (International Baptist Church) Alicante and were so happy to finally meet the pastors Matthias and his family and Arno's wife (we met Arno when he picked us up from the airport). They are meeting in an office building at this time. It was baby dedication day and communion and there was a fellowship after service! Talk about a great first meeting! We are so happy to be here on the ground and are ready to get to work.

We have been exploring the area here in El Campello and are learning our way around. We have grocery shopped several times trying out the different stores and went to our first coffee shop, Numa, only to find out that the owner is from GREENSBORO, NC! We have been exploring the area here in El Campello and are learning our way around. We have grocery shopped several times trying out the different stores and went to our first coffee shop, Numa, only to find out that the owner is from GREENSBORO, NC! He has been in El Campello for over 8 years (he doesn't look over 30) and offered to exchange information in case we need any help.
GOD IS SO GOOD!

Praise/Pray for our visa application - Pray for our visa application to be approved. Our paperwork has been submitted and now we wait.
Pray - Please pray for a permanent home for IBC Alicante. They will need to be out of the office building by October and need a place to meet.
Praise - Rick and Lisa Caynor's apartment is wonderful and so close to grocery stores and the tram station (also only a 15 minute walk to the beach!).
Pray for us as we continue to search for housing. With the ability to look for housing in person, we are hopeful that we will be successful in finding an apartment.
Pray for those we will meet in our new neighborhood, that their hearts would be soft to the Gospel, and that we can begin building relationships there.
Pray for our support fund raising as we have a fundraising monthly goal of $3500. Prayerfully consider how you can come alongside with monthly recurring giving to help meet this need and sustain us on the field. See link to Reliant.org below:
